I understand that Bonnie Matassa Portrait Studio will charge a $99 session fee (+$49 for each additional child) upon submission of this form.

The session fee includes a 20-minute mermaid portrait session and the use of our mermaid outfits. The session fee does not include any files or prints. Session fees can take up to 3 days to process and are nonrefundable.

I understand that a print deposit of $250 will be collected and applied towards my portrait order.

If purchasing a la carte rather than the collection, there’s a $500 studio minimum ( gift voucher not available for a la carte)
